Our New Home

Things finally came together and we moved into our brand new home on June 14!  I'll be honest, the Saturday before we moved in, it didn't look very promising.  It's amazing what they can get done in a few days!

This is just days before we moved in!

We went big time and hired movers this round.  Our belongings were loaded up into the trailer in town, while Rusty scouted out the road at the vineyard.  We had several inches of rain in the days leading up to our move, including the night before.  The movers had no trouble getting through the mud puddles, and our stuff was unloaded in no time!  Already driving through mud and I hadn't even lived in the country for a full day!

Moving was very low stress this time.  I guess when it's your third move in 2 years, you get used to it.  I'm hopeful that this is the last we move we make for a VERY long time.

We celebrated Father's Day and our 13th Anniversary in the days after our move.  We love it out here!  I can't even begin to count the number of critters Ty has caught already!
